The SonnenCharger app enables Sonnen's individual customers to manage their electric vehicle charging. We developed the MVP in 3 months, which involved building a prototype, conducting tests with users at an industry event, and delivering strong UX/UI design.
Over two years, we refined the app to increase new user sign-ups and encourage repeat usage, leveraging Build-Measure-Learn cycles to integrate user feedback into feature development. This approach has resulted in favorable user feedback and ratings.

I need to ensure that users trust my app, which digitizes their daily tasks
During the development process, one of our tasks was to improve the platform’s trustworthiness, understanding its impact on daily user tasks.Through research, we pinpointed users’ concerns related to trust, including data security, party reliability, and data visibility within the product. We then conducted a survey to gauge interest in features like data encryption, structured onboarding, and a rating system.This led to further research on key themes.

I want to improve user retention in my mobile app
We observed user retention challenges, especially after consistent usage for several weeks. We conducted research using user surveys and Google Analytics. We found that our existing mechanisms didn’t strongly encourage user habits. We developed product hypotheses, tested them in live settings, and adjusted our user flows. Using a methodical approach and gathering user insights, we enhanced the product. Now, our product has around 30,000 active users, with 20,000 returning daily.
